Please note that the dates are still June 13-16 for the Convention - Port Edward Resort at R575 pp.
The registration forms should be flowing in as i type this message, Reps, it is your duty to make sure that the member ysa's are taken care of, give them as much information as you can. There will be an activities list going around that will inform you of what will be happening during the convention.
If you don't have a rep, select someone who will be responsible enough to communicate all things which are required. The last thing we want is to have people left behind because they did not receive proper information.
The early bird catches the worm!!
deadline registrations - 1 May, 2008.

where can we get these forms, or how do we register? please can we have more information!!!
hi there! please email zama.sikhakhane@icembe.co.za or sms me on 0732015946 and i will contact you to send thru the forms, alternatively, all Stake Presidencies should be contacted by this week for final information.
Make sure you get that form first!
